You Will Need: Mix, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup butter (melted), 2 tablespoons water, cinnamon sugar topping. Instructions: Prep: approx. 5 minutes; Bake: 29-33 minutes. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line an 8"x8" pan with parchment paper. 2. Mix together 1 egg, melted butter and water in a large bowl. Add mix and stir until well combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Pour batter into prepared pan and use the back of a spoon or spatula to spread in an even layer. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon sugar topping. 3. Bake for 29-33 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the top is crispy. A toothpick inserted to the center should come out clean when done. Dairy Free Instructions: Use 1 egg, 1/2 cup dairy-free butter substitute and 2 tbsp water. Follow instructions above and bake as directed. Do not eat raw batter.
