Directions
You will need: mix, 2 large eggs, 1 tablespoon water, 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted), icing topping, peppermint topping. Instructions: prep: approx. 5 minutes. Bake: 25-30 minutes. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8 inch x 8 inch pan or line with parchment paper. 2. Mix together eggs, water, and butter in a large bowl until well combined. Add brownie mix and stir with a spatula for about 60 seconds scraping the sides of the bowl as needed. Pour batter into prepared pan. 3. Bake brownies for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool completely. 4. Top with icing (gently massage packet to soften or run under hot water for 30 seconds). Cut a small opening in the corner of the icing packet and drizzle icing over brownies in a zig zag pattern. Top with peppermint. Let icing harden before cutting and serving. Do not eat raw batter.
