Noodles: Wheat Flour, Salt, High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Tocopherols (to Protect Quality), Soy Lecithin, Olive Leaf Extract, Sauce: Soy Sauce (Water, Defatted Soybeans, Salt, Wheat, Alcohol [to Protect Quality]), Sugar, Brown Rice Syrup, Canola Oil, Chive Oil, Onion, Water, Tocopherols (to Protect Quality), Sesame Oil, Yeast Extract, Molasses, Salt, Topping: Dried Scallions.

Directions

Cooks in a flash! 1. Bring at least 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. 2. Add noodles and cook for 3 minutes (or longer for a softer noodle), gently separating the noodles as they cook. 3. Drain noodles well after cooking and transfer to a bowl. 4. Shake sauce packet and add it to the noodles. Top with scallions. 5. Mix and enjoy while warm. Make it a meal! Momofuku Chili Crunch: A drizzle of chili crunch adds a flash of heat and crunch. Scallions and Herbs: For a pop of freshness, top with sliced scallions or herbs. Eggs Two Ways: Round out your meal with a jammy soft-boiled egg or a crispy-edged fried egg. Boost with Protein: Add chicken, tofu, or shrimp to your noodles for a heartier meal.
