Simply thaw and serve - it's that easy! Our wild Ahi Tuna are individually hand-line caught using sustainable methods and are responsibly sourced from the world's first Fair Trade Certified fishery. Each fillet is coated in our peppercorn garlic rub, then flame-seared to lock in flavor, thinly sliced, and vacuum packed for impeccable freshness. 1. Remove from vacuum pack Tor and place in refrigerator to thaw. 2. Thaw approximately 3-5 hours. 3. Plate and serve. Pairs well with a soy sauce and wasabi: or tossed with crisp greens and topped with ginger dressing. Enjoy! Keep frozen. Keep frozen, thaw in refrigerator. DO not refreeze.
