Stovetop (Our favorite!): 1. Break up tofu pieces in its pouch, then cut pouch to drain water. No need to press tofu. 2. Heat oil on high. Sauté tofu until golden brown and crispy. 3. Lower heat and pour in sauce. Microwave: 1. Break up tofu pieces in its pouch, then cut pouch to drain water. No need to press tofu. 2. Combine tofu and sauce use microwave-safe tray provided. 3. Microwave for 2 min. Stir before serving. Air Fryer: 1. Break up tofu pieces in tis pouch, then cut pouch to drain water, no need to press tofu. 2. Air fry tofu for 4 min at 400 degrees F. 3. Microwave sauce for 30 sec, in microwave safe tray provided. 4. Mix air-fried tofu and sauce. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
