Little ELF Instructions: 1. Slide Little ELF over one end of paper roll. 2. Pull paper through device opening. 3. Measure paper to desired length and slide Little ELF so that end of paper drops into blade slot. 4. Gently push Little ELF away from you. To make a perpendicular cut, place the Little ELF at the desired position. Insert the paper at the blade. Gently push Little ELF away from you.
