The 2009 vintage brings a prodigious decade to a close: sunny, bold and generous. Dom Prignon Vintage 2009 is the result of two movements, one guided by nature and the other by the creative ambition of Dom Prignon. The vintage offers a taste of the ripest and richest fruit, extreme and paradoxical grapes that give a hint of the future wine's freshness and energy. The singularity of 2009 is a step closer to achieving the ideal Dom Prignon harmony. Fruit in all its glory! Dom Prignon Vintage 2009 is exotic. Its mouth-feel is the most surprising. Its tactile thickness, its curves, its fleshy depth of flavour and its impressive aromatic persistence are utterly unique. Nose: Notes of guava, spicy green grapefruit zest, white peach and nectarine, then woody vanilla and warm, lightly toasted brioche. Palate: The fruit is majestic: ripe, fleshy and profound. Beyond the richness and a certain voluptuousness, the strong impression of consistency prevails. Silky, salty, sappy, bitter and briny sensations converge and persist.
