In the relentless pursuit of intense and original flavor, we developed a new generation of heirloom corn and crafted it into a one-of-a-kind bourbon. Our unique corn has depth, complexity and creamy-spiciness that makes Baby Jane Bourbon truly different. It’s distilled at Widow Jane Distilleries in Red Hook, Brooklyn and in Kentucky, and blended only a few barrels at a time. We use non-chill filtration and proof our whiskey with our very own limestone mineral water. Baby Jane Bourbon has an intense and creamy taste with notes of caramel and stone fruits and a long finish.
