Grill: Preheat grill. Place frozen patties in a single layer, grill until well browned on each side and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F, about 5-6 minutes per side. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen patties in a single layer on a cookie sheet that is well oiled.
