Preparation Directions: Remove foil top before microwaving! Microwaves vary-heat until oatmeal is hot. For hot oatmeal in your own microwave-safe bowl. 1. Thaw partly first-either remove foil top and microwave for 45 seconds, or leave top on and run cup under warm water for 30-45 seconds & then remove top. 2. Gently squeeze the sides and bottom of the cup to pop frozen oatmeal into the bowl. 3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. For Hot Oatmeal in the Plastic Cup: 1. Remove foil top and wrap cup in paper towel (to prevent bubbling over). 2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. For Cold Oatmeal: Thaw in refrigerator for 18-24 hrs. Remove foil, stir, & enjoy cold. Or reheat as desired! Keep thawed (sealed) oatmeal in refrigerator and use within 7 days. Keep frozen.
