Directions
Safety Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food product may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For best results, cook on a flat griddle or cast-iron skillet. (1) Pre-heat pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 Tbsp. oil. Place the ground beef balls in hot skillet. (2) Immediately smash with a flat spatula into a 1/2-inch thick patty. (3) Let the patties simmer for approximately 1-2 minutes. (4) Flip the patties over, add a slice of cheese (optional) & continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes. For food safety, cook to internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
