Product should always be used under adult supervision. Instructions: 1. Remove flower candle from package and place it on the center of the cake. 2. Have everyone stand back 4 feet. Enclosed in package is a wood stick. Light one end of the stick then blow it out. Apply the hot glowing end of the stick to the fuse in the center of the flower candle and place stick in a cup of water to extinguish and stand back. 3. There will be a large flame/sparkler in the center of the flowering candle that will light the other candles. 4. The petals will open and the music will start to play while the flowering candle rotates. 5. Blow out the candles and cut the center wire to stop the music and rotation.
