Keep frozen. Do not thaw! Cook from frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Pan Fry: On Medium High heat, in non-stick or greased pan for approximately 3 minutes each side. Grill: On Medium High heat, approximately 3 minutes each side. Foreman Style Grill: Place on preheated grill. Cook for approximately 4 minutes total. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake on greased pan for approximately 7 minutes each side.
