Directions
Natural clumping may occur. Preparation: 1. In a large skillet, cook 1 lb of filling of your choice with 3 tbsp of oil (we like avocado oil). 2. Add chorizo seasoning packet and 1/2 cup of water to the skillet. Mix well. 3. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook over low to medium heat for about 10 minutes or until thickened. 4. Enjoy in tacos (makes 12), with eggs, or chef's choice. Pair with: potato, ground protein, or mushroom.
