Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Bring a skillet of water large enough to immerse sausages to a boil then turn heat off. Place sausages into hot water and cover. Let sausages sit in hot water for 7 minutes. Drain water and brown sausages for 5 minutes on each side in pan over low heat. If needed add 1 tsp of oil to pan. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not over cook. Keep refrigerated.
