Our potatoes and appetizers are par-fried before freezing, which means they are already partially prepared and only need to be cooked before eating. Simply heat oven to 425°F and bake 10-12 minutes for a half bag and 18-22 minutes for a full bag. Each order includes one 15 oz. bag of Frozen Alexia Sweet Potato Fries with Sea Salt. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Spread frozen potatoes evenly across an 11 Inches x 17 Inches lined baking sheet. 3. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Bag: 18-22 minutes. Half Bag: 10-12 minutes. Air Fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F. 2. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. 3. Cook full bag for 12-14 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. For food safety and quality. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Read and follow these cooking directions.
