Woop Woop wine was founded around a BBQ by three mates amongst our vines, a glass or two in hand. And just in time to crack the first vintage of the Millenium. Woop Woop, a much-uttered knockabout colloquialism refers to somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Woop Woop is quintessentially Australian for "out there". The grapes selected for this top-notch wine were sourced from vineyards renowned for Shiraz, where brilliant sunshine and ancient soils do their best. At our winery we had some serious fun making this full and flavoursome wine, deep hued with richly scented aromatics and a soft juicy palate.
