Sweet Brown Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Rice Syrup Solids (Rice Protein, Natural Mixed Tocopherols [Added To Maintain Freshness]), Ground Vanilla Bean, Cream Of Tartar, Citrus Fiber, Baking Soda And Salt.
Directions
You will need: 2 eggs or egg replacer; oil or melted butter; water or fruit juice. (Optional sugar alternative - equivalent to 1/4 cup of sugar. Granular works best.) 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease muffin pan (or insert paper liners). 2. Combine 2 eggs, 1/3 cup oil or melted butter, 1 cup water or fruit juice and sweetener of your choice (if using). Add mix and blend well. 3. Bake 12-16 minutes or until tops turn golden brown. Makes about 12 muffins. (Results will vary based on the type and amount of sweetener used.) Try for Fun: Add any of the following: dried cherries, dried or fresh cranberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, nuts, poppyseeds, lemon or orange zest. Also, you can substitute fruit juice for some or all of the water for extra flavor.
