Directions
Grill or skillet. You Will Need: 1 pkg. Riega Seasoning; 1 cup orange juice; 1/4 cup soy sauce; 1/4 cup oil; 2 lbs. skirt or flank steak. Directions: 1. Combine orange juice. Directions: 1. Combine orange juice, soy sauce, oil, and 1 pouch Riega Seasoning. 2. Marinate steak for 2-12 hours. 3. Grill or saute until desired temperature, slice and enjoy. Serve on tortillas - top with lime, onion & cilantro.
