We're in the thick of the haze craze! A nationwide demand for juicy, non-bitter IPAs. Elysian has a longstanding reputation in brewing notorious IPAs and Contact Haze is no exception. This hazy is a tangled chemistry of mild haze, low bitterness, and an explosion of hop aroma. On top of the typical citrus notes of hazy IPAs, Contact Haze also has flavor and aroma of raspberry, currant, guava and passion fruit. For the label, we took cues from 50s sci fi culture; people crowd around an unidentified giant human head that has randomly appeared, or has it always been there? The bright colors allude to the hop aroma and flavor of the beer inside.
