Estate grown. Beautiful grapes in all 3 sites. Our great joy in making wine at Chehalem flows from playing with our three distinct estate vineyards: Ridgecrest, Stoller and Corral Creek. Each reflects a special terroir and together they keep us filled with a feeling of endless possibility. Three Vineyard: Ridgecrest (17%), Stoller (64%) & Corral Creek (19%) Willamette Valley, Oregon. Overview: Blend 3 great vineyards and this vivid grape crafts a food-friendly wine, bright and pure. Gray it isn't. Profile: Knife-edged acid, with pear, lemon sorbet, spice and jasmine - makes your mouth water, your hands shake. Parings: Raw bar and sushi, to steamed pork bun, Poblano chiles or curry spice-so versatile! Harvest Date: Oct. 21- Nov. 2. Bottling Analysis: RS 0.8%; pH 3.10; TA 7.5; 2,500 cs.13.4% alc. by vol. Produced & bottled by Chehalem.
