Preparation: Conventional oven 400 degrees F (25 minutes) (Do not heat in toaster oven). 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Puncture film with a fork to allow steam to escape. 3. Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven. 4. Cook for 25 minutes until heated thoroughly (Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. These are guidelines only, individual appliances vary). 5. Carefully remove hot tray from the oven. 6. Let product stand for 1-2 minutes. Stir gently and serve. Microwave 1000 watts (7 minutes). 1. Puncture film with a fork to allow steam to escape. 2. Cook on high for 7 minutes until heated thoroughly (Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. These are guidelines only, individual appliances vary) 3. Using support, carefully remove hot tray. 4. Let product stand 1-2 minutes. 5. Remove film, stir gently and serve. Keep frozen.
