The USDA recommends ground beef to be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Grill Instructions: Cooking Instructions (Best if cooked from frozen): Stove Top: 1. Preheat pan over medium heat. 2. Remove the burger from the packaging and the paper. 3. Place 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan. 4. Place the burger in the pan. 5. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a meat thermometer. 6. Remove from the pan and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Remove the burger from the packaging and the paper. 3. Place the burger on the grill. 4. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a meat thermometer. 5. Remove from the grill and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving. Perishable. Keep frozen.
