Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meats and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Recommended: 165 - well done. 155 degrees - medium well. 145 degrees - medium. 135 degrees - medium rare. The USDA recommends ground beef to be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Grill Instructions: Cooking Instructions (Best if cooked from frozen): Stove Top: 1. Preheat pan over medium heat. 2. Remove the burger from the packaging and the paper. 3. Place 1 teaspoon of oil in the pan. 4. Place the burger in the pan. 5. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a meat thermometer. 6. Remove from the pan and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Remove the burger from the packaging and the paper. 3. Place the burger on the grill. 4. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F measured by a meat thermometer. 5. Remove from the grill and let it sit for 2 minutes before serving. Perishable. Keep frozen.
