The Woodford Reserve Bourbon personal selection program allows a consumer to choose from three flavor profiles. Batch A - Spicy with Dark Fruit Character - a sharp medley of brown, savory and green spices complemented by dark cherry and dried cranberry with light hints of caramel and vanilla. Batch B - Wood and Sweet Aromatic - Rich aromas of oak, tea leaf, dark sorghum molasses and burnt caramel mixed with light hints of smoke, dark chocolate, and apple. Batch C - Sweet, Nutty, and Malty - soft and smooth with notes of oak, mild chocolate, pecans and a light hint of toasted coconut.
