Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Bring a skillet of water large enough to immerse sausages to a boil then turn heat off. Place sausages into hot water and cover. Let sausages sit in hot water for 7 minutes. Drain water and brown sausages for a minutes on each side in pan over low heat. If needed add 1 tsp of oil to pan. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not over cook. Keep refrigerated.
