Cook thoroughly - see cooking instructions. For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: Keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. Conventional Oven Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen fries in single layer on a large baking sheet. 3. Bake on middle rack for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning fries over with a metal spatula halfway through cooking. 4. Carefully remove baking sheet from oven; let stand for 1 to 2 minutes (Stand time is important for food safety.) and serve.
