Directions

Reconstitute: How to brew a pour over: Place 21g (approx 2 scoops) of coffee, ground medium-fine (think salt) in the filter of your favorite pour over brewer. Place the brewer, coffee, and mug on a kitchen scale--then zero the scale and start a timer! In the first ten seconds, pour 60g of water over your grounds. Stir gently to incorporate, then let the coffee bloom. At one minute, add water slowly in a circular motion up to 380g. Allow brew to drip through and enjoy!
