Aged in rye whisky barrels. Red wine. The bald eagle has always stood as a symbol of longevity and great strength. Majestic and unwavering, the bald eagle is able to command attention with a single glance. Our brother, Craig Manning, was an Eagle. Like the Eagle he was gentle in nature but nighty when he had to be, and others in his presence couldn't help but be drawn to him. He would vouch for the weak, standing up for what was right at all costs. Drawing from these qualities as inspiration, we came up with our Protest Red Wine blend, which finished aging in craft rye whiskey barrels for 45 days. This wine provides aromas and flavors that will challenge your senses, and much like our brother who is gone but never forgotten and the tenacious Bald Eagle, this wine will stand the test of time. www.chateaud.com.
