Directions
You Will Need: Eggs or egg replacer; Oil or butter; Water. See vegan chocolate cake directions below. Directions for full package (9x13 or two 9 inches layers): 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease pans (or insert paper liners for cupcakes). 2. Combine 4 eggs, 3/4 cup water and 2/3 cup oil or melted butter. Add cake mix and blend well. For single 9 inches round or 8 inches square pan: 2 eggs, 1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup oil or melted butter. Add 13 oz or approximately 2-1/2 cups cake mix and blend well. 3. Bake according to time on chart below. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Pan Size: 8 inches or 9 inches; Bake Time: 20-28 min. Pan size 9 inches x 13 inches pan; Bake time: 30-36 min. Pan Size: Bundt pan (full mix); Bake Time: 45-50 min. Pan Size: Cupcakes; Bake Time: 15-20 min. Actual oven temperature may vary.
