Directions

Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Remove number of portions desired from packaging. Add 1 teaspoon oil in a skillet over medium high heat per pupusa. Cook for 4 minutes each side until crisp and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray pupusas with non stick spray oil on both sides. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp and internal temperature of pupusa reaches 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to use. Needs to be fully cooked.
