Directions: (1) Bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. (2) Whisk in soup mix. (3) Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 10 min, stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate any unused portion.
Another Twist on a Classic: Try this recipe suggestion. Deluxe cheddar broccoli soup. Saute onion, garlic and broccoli florets. Stir in bear creek cheddar broccoli soup mix and water and simmer 10 minutes.
Store in a cool dry place.
