Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Skillet: Spray pan with cooking spray. Heat pan on medium-high. Add chicken breasts and cook for 3 minutes, covered. Turn, then cook for another 4 minutes, until internal temperatures reaches 170 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and cook 20 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill breasts 5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and cook 30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
