Directions
Crisping Instructions: Defrost (If frozen) for 30 minutes. Preheat Oven To: 425 degrees for conventional oven, 400 degrees F for convection oven. For Crispy Crust: Brush oil onto crust edges, add cheese before adding tomatoes or sauce. Bake directly on oven rack, or on pre-heated pizza stone, for 9-12 mins (All ovens bake differently: amount of toppings can affect bake time). For Chewy Crust: Top with favorite toppings. Bake on an oven pan for 7-9 minutes (All ovens bake differently: amount of toppings can affect bake time). For Best Flavor: Drizzle olive oil or Truffle oil after bake.
Store crusts at room temperature for daily use, otherwise, freeze.
