Multigrain Raisin: Whole grain rolled oats*, wheat flakes*, cane sugar*, raisins* (coated with sunflower oil*), cinnamon*, sea salt. Apple Cinnamon: Whole grain rolled oats*, cane sugar*, dried apple*, cinnamon*, sea salt, apple flavor*. Flax Plus: Whole grain rolled oats*, cane sugar*, flax seeds*, sea salt. Maple Nut: Whole grain rolled oats*, cane sugar*, pecans*, sea salt, maple sugar*, natural maple flavor.

Directions

Kettle Directions: To prepare, simply empty packet into bowl, add about 1/2–2/3 cup (125 –150 ml) of boiling water or as desired and stir. Microwave Directions: Do not cook in, or cover with, plastic. Empty packet into a glass or ceramic bowl. Add about 1/2–2/3 cup (125 –150 ml) of water and stir. Cook on HIGH for about 75 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Stir and serve immediately.
