Use 3-4 frozen fruit nectar cubes per glass, and pour in a big splash of sparkling water. For a tropical twist on a fruity slush, spoon half-frozen fruit nectar cubes into a bowl, stir and slurp. Frozen Fruit Pops. Salad Dressings & Citrus Marinades: Take your everyday salad and main dishes on a vacation to paradise. Whisk together tropical fruit nectar, fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice, mustard and olive oil. Smoothies: Blend tropical fruit nectar with frozen fruit nectar cubes. Add yogurt and nutrient-dense boosters such as kale, spinach, chia seeds and ground flax. Try hemp seeds and nut butters for extra protein. Unanimously yum! Keep refrigerated.
