Chateau Ste. Michelle 2016 Artist Series is a very ripe and rich red blend wine with beautifully supple, elegant tannins. Aged for 24 months in 34% new French oak, and 13% new American oak, Chateau Ste. Michelle 2016 Artist Series Red Blend Wine features a fragrant bouquet of blackcurrant, licorice, violet and chocolate. The 2016 Artist Series Red Blend Wine presents an expert blend of black cherry and bitter chocolate on the palate, making it the perfect match for red meat. A bottle of the 2016 Artist Series Red Blend Wine is 750 mL and has 14.5% ABV. This red blend wine is the perfect addition for any wine lover's collection. Winemakers and artists have drawn inspiration from one another for centuries. For Chateau Ste. Michelle Artist Series wines, our winemaking team crafts exceptional red wine blends of unique power and character that honor world-class artisans such as Dale Chihuly, Alden Mason and Andre Petterson. The 2016 vintage labels showcase artist George Rodriguez, a Seattle based ceramicist whose sculptures bring a new perspective on culture, fashion, architecture, and how we use decoration to express ourselves. George’s featured work blends his interest in human psychology, community, and love for ornamentation and embellishment.
