Our Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is sourced primarily from our Yamhill-Carlton Estate Vineyard, with a small portion coming from a vineyard in the Dundee Hills sub-AVA. This wine is a wonderful expression of Willamette Valley through clarity of fruit, seamlessness and texture. This wine has a lovely aroma profile, with notes of red rose, anise, black cherry, and hints of
savory minerality. On the palate, the wine is juicy and vibrant, showcasing the purity of our Estates and the classy nature of the 2022 the vintage. This Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with salmon, roasted poultry and pork loin. Some less conventional pairing ideas include skirt steak tacos or lamb burgers with tzatziki. This bottled Oregon pinot noir is 13.7% alcohol by volume.
