Semi-sparkling white wine. This lightly sparkling sweet wine was inspired by the fragrant Moscato di Asti wines of Northern Italy. Whole-cluster pressing, cold fermentation and minimal handling resulted in this richly aromatic and flavorful wine. While this versatile wine is wonderful paired with fruit based desserts, it also works very well as an aperitif, and is the perfect brunch wine. Alcohol 6.5% by volume.
