Mason Sauvignon Blanc White Wine is a stunner with extraordinary mouthfeel and texture. This dry white wine greets the nose with citrus, fig and peach. The Mason Sauvignon Blanc 2020 vintage was placed in the 100 Top Values of 2020 with 92 Points from Wine Spectator. This elegant, balanced sauvignon blanc wine pairs well with tarragon shrimp, thyme roasted chicken and linguine with pesto. Mason Sauvignon Blanc is crafted using grapes that are certified organic and exclusively sourced from the Yount Mill Vineyard. The dry white wine is fermented at a cool 50 F for 30 to 35 days, with 18% of the wine put down to stainless steel drums. The cold fermentation accentuates the fruit and retains the aromatic qualities and crisp acidity. This bottled wine has 14.2% alcohol by volume.
