This fresh and vibrant Chardonnay reveals fruit-forward aromas of apples, pear and melon with hints of sweet lemon, coconut & spice. Bright white fruit flavors, balanced by crisp acidity and a creaminess on the palate, lead to a lingering finish.

This Chardonnay opens with aromas of sweet apple, key lime pie and candied pineapple. Concentrated flavors of ripe melon, apple and pear are accented by a touch of citrus and zippy acidity that brings a bright, refreshing finish. During winemaking, our grapes were fed directly to press. The juice cold-settled for 2 days, then fermented for 14-20 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Minimal intervention throughout the winemaking process allows the brilliant fruit characters to shine.
