Stovetop Cooking Instructions: This product is raw, it must be cooked in order to enjoy its delicious flavor. 1. Using a fine mesh sieve, thoroughly rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water for 1-2 minutes and drain. 2. Combine rice, 1-3/4 cup water or broth, and 1 tbsp. butter or oil (optional) in a 2 qt. saucepan and bring to a boil. 3. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 45 minutes. 4. With lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and enjoy. Tip: If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, add 1-2 tbsp. liquid and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Rice Cooker: To prepare in a rice cooker, use the same rice to liquid ratio as stovetop instructions. Instant Pot: Visit www.lundberg.com for specific instructions.
