Directions
Hot tea by the cup (always pour boiled water into heat-resistant cup): Heat water near boiling, 180-190 degrees F. Pour 8 oz of water over tea bag. Steep 2 minutes, do not over steep. Remove tea bag from cup. Sweeten if desired. Iced tea by the glass (always pour boiled water into heat-resistant cup): Heat water near boiling, 180-190 degrees F. Pour 8 oz over two tea bags. Steep 2 minutes and remove tea bags. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
