You Will Need: 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese, 8 ounces pasta of choice. Directions: 1. In a saucepan, mix packet contents with olive oil and 1/2 cup water, stirring until completely dissolved. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring continuously. 2. Once pesto comes to a boil, immediately remove from heat. 3. Add pesto to freshly prepared pasta. Stir in parmesan cheese. Also Try: For a creamy pesto, add 4 oz. Neufchatel cheese. Use as a sauce for pizza. Mix 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup vinegar to make a pesto dressing for a tomato salad. For a vegan version, omit Parmesan cheese and add 1/4 cup of your favorite nut butter.
