Prep Time: 10 minutes.Makes 10 servings.You Will Need• 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix• 2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey• 2 eggs, lightly beaten• 1/2 cup milk• 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread)• 1/2 cup French's Tomato Ketchup (optional)Directions1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup, in large bowl until well blended.2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.3. Bake in preheated 375degF oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
