*The percent savings over National Brand Equivalents is derived from the comparison of Albertsons top 100 selling Own Brands products with a viable National Brand Equivalents (“NBE”) within each Albertsons Division.  National Brand Equivalents are selected for comparison with these top-selling Own Brand products within the division based on comparable products in size, quality and product attributes/claims.  In instances with multiple qualifying National Brand Equivalents within a division, the lowest priced NBE was used for the comparison. Prices of the linked Own Brands and NBE products are linked in comparison of average prices of each within the division over a 6 month period, currently shown from 10/3/24 to 3/22/25, based on the total sales divided by the total volume for the all UPC’s in that timeframe.  Savings claims communicated are calculated at the Albertsons divisional level.  Savings percentages on specific products may vary and total savings on purchase of Own Brands products may be less than the percentage claimed based on prices and promotions on any specific day.
