1. Make sure meat is completely thawed, before inserting thermometer. 2. Preheat oven to recommended temperature. 3. Insert thermometer into the thickest part of the meat; do not let it touch bone, fat or gristle. 4. Position meat in oven with the dial facing the door for easy reading. 5. Allow thermometer to sit for 1 minute for accurate reading. 6. When the thermometer displays the recommended temperature, remove meat from oven. 7. Rinse thermometer with soap and water. Use and Care: Hand wash only.
