Package contents: 16 oz Dough Mix pouch. Additional ingredients needed (not included): 1 1/2 oz Shortening. 8 oz of Water. (We suggest bottled spring water for best results). Doughboy instructions: 1. Warm the water until it is between 110F-120F. 2. Put the water, Dough Mix, and shortening in to a medium mixing bowl. 3. Mix for 5-7 minutes or until ingredients are well combined. 4. Let the dough rise covered on a large floured cuffing board for 40 minutes. 5. When risen, cut the dough into 1 1/2 to 2 oz pieces. 6. Preheat oil to 350F. 7. Cook until golden brown, approximately 1-2 minutes each side. 8. Toss with preferred topping (cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, butter, red sauce).
