Smoked Salmon & Dill Dip

Right now, you can find sustainable and naturally smoked salmon in our seafood department. It’s tasty on its own but especially delicious in our creamy dill dip recipe served with a slice bread freshly baked from scratch in our bakery.
Smoked salmon & Dill Dip
6-8 oz smoked salmon, roughly chopped
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Loaf of fresh bakery bread
Combine salmon, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, dill, Old Bay Seasoning, lemon juice, salt
and pepper in a bowl until well mixed.
Garnish with green onions and serve with a loaf of sprouted grain bread or your favorite crackers.
