Pan-Seared Halibut Fillets

From Sea to Plate

Prized for its delicate sweet flavor, snow-white color and firm flaky meat, halibut is an excellent source of high-quality protein and minerals. From the chef’s perspective, it’s a very versatile fish with tender white flesh that retains a buttery and moist quality when prepared correctly—such as in this simple pan seared preparation. Easy, healthy and delicious!
