Rosemary Grapefruit Spirtzer
- 6 fresh rosemary sprigs, plus more for serving
- 1 Tbsp grapefruit zest
- 6 cups grapefruit juice
- Seltzer, for serving
Mix the rosemary, grapefruit zest and juice in a jug. Refrigerate for at least 4 and up to 24 hours. Strain and serve chilled over ice, topped with seltzer and a sprig of rosemary.
